  • Mind-Enrich Foundation Inc. (United States): A registered 501(c)(3) public charity incorporated in the State of Georgia (EIN: 93-3513431). The US organization acts as the international governing body, primary fundraising platform, and compliance anchor for all global operations.

  • Mind Enrich Foundation Lanka (Sri Lanka): An independent, legally distinct registered non-profit NGO operating under the Voluntary Social Service Organizations Act of Sri Lanka (Registration No: GA00294771).

Fund Management & Non-Profit Disclosure

All international fund transfers, regional allocations, and project budgets are subject to thorough oversight by our US Board of Directors.

  • Zero Private Inurement: 100% of all public donations, corporate sponsorships, and grant allocations are traceably deployed directly to field operations, educational supplies, and regional project execution. No part of the net earnings or funds managed by the foundation shall ever inure to the benefit of any private individual, officer, or director.

  • Traceable Allocation: Detailed transaction logs, project expense reports, and operational documentation are systematically archived for both entities and are available upon formal request from regulatory bodies or funding institutions.

Strict Restriction of Funds & Project Allocation

Mind-Enrich Foundation enforces a rigid policy regarding restricted donor funding to maintain compliance with international non-profit standard operating practices.

  • Project-Specific Isolation: Every donation designated for a specific international initiative, country, or regional project will be maintained in separate, distinct project accounting structures.

  • No Cross-Utilization of Funds: Under no circumstances will funds allocated by a donor for a specific program (such as the Sri Lankan educational initiatives or the Nepal prevention project) be crossed, transferred, or utilized to cover expenses for any other initiative, country, or administrative overhead.

  • Donor Intent Compliance: Every dollar contributed stays strictly isolated to its intended purpose, ensuring absolute transparency and compliance with international regulatory bodies governing cross-border aid.

International Memorandums & Strategic Partnerships

To deliver highly sensitive and targeted aid safely, we operate via formalized networks and strict legal guardrails:

  • Sri Lankan Grassroots Network: Supported by localized formal school partnerships and community advisory boards to execute our active practical English programming and track educational metrics.

  • Nepal Prevention Initiative (Under Development): For our emerging pre-exploitation and post-rescue girls' educational programs, we operate strictly in tandem with a legally registered local Nepalese NGO. All early-stage framework designs, field research, and future operational roadmaps are developed under the direct oversight and guidance of certified human rights lawyers to ensure maximum security and ethical compliance.
